Have you been thinking about making the switch from plastic milk bottles to glass but didn’t know how much milk to order? We’ve got the answer for you!
Our Go Green, Go Glass campaign has been going for a few years now, and many of our customers have already made the switch.
Switching to glass helps the environment by reducing waste. While plastic bottles end up in landfill, glass bottles just need to be rinsed and returned to us over and over again.
And glass bottles are recycled at the end of their lives. You can find out more about our Go Green, Go Glass campaign here.
But if you haven’t made the switch yet, here’s something that may help.
Our plastic to glass calculator will tell you how much milk you need to order glass bottles to replace your plastic delivery.
Our current plastic bottles come in three sizes: 1 pint (568ml), 1 litre and 2 litres, while glass bottles are 1 pint (568ml) each. Just enter your current order, click on calculate and you’ll get the number of pint bottles you need to order.
Often you’ll get a decimal point, so you can round up or down to the nearest pint bottle.
