What does it mean for you?
It means that we can answer questions or deal with problems so much faster than before. Before Live Chat most of these enquiries were dealt with by email, which means having to wait for a response.
Live Chat means that you can talk to us directly and usually we can deal with your question right there and then. And it’s easy to use. If you can use Facebook Messenger, you can use Live Chat.
